DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform and/or provide direction and support for the following services:
- Assists with accuracy of logistics department (data entry)
- Completes all required documentation in a timely manner, including daily reports, shift briefings, and management updates
- Performs reoccurring training of automated systems to all employees within the department
- Assists the Logistics Manager in enforcing use of automated tools to track supply chain and property management activities
- Create reports and develops systems to capture metrics that measure performance of the team by functional area
- Liaison with corporate office to generate reports and coordinate on deliverables, such as pricing efforts for task order extensions
- Assists the Logistics Manager with record keeping requirements in all the different areas within the department
- Participates in ongoing meetings, conferences, training programs as required
- Responsible for adhering to all Acuity, ORR regulations & other applicable regulations
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Performs duties in a safe manner. Follows the corporate safety policy.
- Participates and supports safety meetings, training and goals.
- Ensures safe operating conditions within area of responsibility.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Must be knowledgeable of data-handling requirements
- Must have experience protecting PII/PHI
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four years of experience
- Associates degree with 2 years computer experience
- CPR certification, preferred - while we accept applicants without, all employees in service of this contract require CPR certification
- Available to work multiple Shifts, Full-time (40Hours)
- Clean criminal background check
- Clean child abuse and neglect or child protective services check (CAN)
- Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products, Power Apps, and SharePoint
- Salesforce experience
- Able to multi-task, detail-oriented, organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1 year of data entry experience preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Must have the ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, climb, bend, balance and twist for extended periods.
- Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion.
- Able to withstand changing environmental conditions with the weather (rain, lightning, and winds).
- Must be able to safely maneuver throughout the job site (sports field, construction areas, etc).
