You work with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.

You will offer your support on issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and see business projects through to completion. You will also contribute to operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met and by sharing best practices and supporting the super key user community.

This Position is accountable for assisting and responsible to the DMS Business Partner who will be responsible to manage and maintain Master Data of SEA
The candidate will be responsible on:

  • Process creation and update to Material Domain
  • Process creation and update to Product Domain
  • Process creation and update to Pricing & Discount Domain
  • Process creation and update to Customer Domain
  • Process creation and update to BOM & MR Domain
  • Involved in some project.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
a) Functional/Technical

  • At least 1 Years in Master Data fields with specialization in manufacturing.
  • Ability to communicate with higher or lower level, including labours: easy-going person.
  • Good personality and initiatives qualities.
  • Pro-active personality with energetic passion to win-win solutions.
  • Presentation Skill


b) Leadership Competences

  • Creativity Organizational Agility Process Management Standing Alone Listening Understanding Others


c) Education, qualifications and training
(Include minimum qualifications needed to fully perform this role, and preferred qualifications/training if applicable)

  • Experience with Multiple SAP Module (MM, PP and WM)
  • Understand how to manage the Project related the SAP Structure
  • Multi module Implementation's function (Production, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, and Sales)
  • Production - Product, Material, Recipe and Bill of Material etc.
  • Purchasing - PR request, Purchase Order etc.
  • Warehouse management - Storage location product, Storage Bin etc.
  • Sales - Can Identify logical Price and disc, Billing Document, and etc.
  • To identity User need and business process and could be able as problem solving
  • Work with related users and business process owner and can solve multiple issue.
  • Can identify report (Data Quality Matrix, TAT report).
  • Organization structure setup and Workflow Matrix related the approval management and project if needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years experiences in SAP
  • Excellent database management and Data Analyst Skills
  • Excellence computer literature in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good in English communication (writing, reading and speaking)
