[What the role is]
The intern will support 2LD's course policy, trainer administration, and AI initiatives through data analysis, dashboard review, and trend identification. The role involves consolidating project data, generating insights on courses and interest groups, and providing administrative and project support for various 2LD initiatives.[What you will be working on]
The intern will support course policy and trainer administration, with a particular focus on data consolidation and analysis for current projects. The intern will also review data dashboards and provide insights on course and interest group trends and patterns. The intern will also be assisting with AI-related projects. Additionally, the intern will be required to assist with other duties as determined by 2LD.
[What we are looking for]
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Interest in AI, digitalisation, and process improvement.
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards, or data analytics tools will be advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
