As a Data Management Associate Senior in the Data Quality Controls Team, you design and maintain data quality rules and dashboards to support our data quality monitoring efforts. You collaborate with peers and stakeholders to drive platform modernization and automation initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Write, review, and maintain data quality rules using the Data Quality Rules platform
- Migrate rules from testing to production environments
- Troubleshoot rule and platform issues and enforce best practices
- Support transition of legacy data quality rules to cloud platforms
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau
- Automate data workflows using Alteryx and SQL across multiple data sources
- Communicate status and insights to management and stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Engineering, Business Management, or Information Technology
- Six years of relevant experience in data quality, analytics, or related fields
- Strong working knowledge of SQL language
- Two years of experience building business rules and decision logic in platforms such as Ab-initio, Collibra, Informatica, or AWS Glue Data Quality
- Experience querying data from AWS Cloud and Snowflake
- Experience in data management using tools like Toad, Oracle/PL SQL, or Teradata
- Two years of experience working with Mortgage, Credit Card, Auto, or Student Loan operations processes, data, or technology platforms
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau
- Hands-on experience working with Alteryx
- Ability to understand data types and create pseudo-technical language
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
