As an Analytics Solutions Analyst in the WHOLESALE KYC team , you will manage and analyze CO&D-related data to identify patterns and risks, create reports and visualizations for stakeholders, contribute to process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, continuously enhance your skills, and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
Job responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and maintain CO&D-related data from various sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness while complying with data privacy and security regulations.
- Analyze data using your analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, examining customer profiles, transactional data, and other relevant information to detect suspicious activities or potential risks.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present analysis findings to stakeholders, including management and compliance teams, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable to aid in decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the CO&D space by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting automation or optimization opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows and streamline processes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as compliance officers, AML analysts, and IT teams to support overall processes, ensuring alignment of data analysis efforts with organizational objectives and compliance goals.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in the evolving field of data analysis by staying updated on industry trends, attending relevant training or conferences, and pursuing certifications in data analysis or compliance.
- Adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the responsible and lawful use of sensitive customer information as a data analyst in the KYC space.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in Data related project with strong hands on Python and SQL• Good understanding of database concepts with a strong proficiency in Alteryx and Excel (formulas/pivots/graphs and other advanced features)• Proven track record of analyzing and mapping vast amounts of data, to find actionable insights for operational and strategic decision making.• Demonstrated experience working on data wrangling tools (such as Microsoft SSIS, Talend) and Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik
