Bessemer Trust’s CCO – Data and Tax Operations group supports key operational functions critical to delivering exceptional service to clients and advisors.
Bessemer Trust is recruiting a Data Management Analyst to join the Data and Tax Operations department. The preferred candidate will have leadership and financial industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the workload and collaborate with the Data and Tax Operations teams in a fast-paced environment as required to meet deadlines and obtain knowledge of various systems and applications.
- Assist the department supervisors with the identification of data issues, process improvements, and strengthen procedures as needed.
- Acquire knowledge about validation rules, new data fields/values, queries, operational tables, data structures, and definitions that impact data processing and maintenance within the trust accounting systems and applications. This includes maintaining relevant documentation.
- Assist with concurrent projects that improve data, processes, or user experience to increase efficiency and reduce errors, which includes collecting requirements, sequencing activities, and creating documentation.
- Monitor project progress and milestones.
- Work independently and on a team to build relationships throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with internal counterparts, which include Legal and Compliance, Global Plus Support, and Oracle database developers.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of corporate experience
- Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access)
- PL/SQL, Jira, Informatica IDMC, Apex, FIS Global Plus, Robotic Process Automation experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – dealing with various business, operational units, and stakeholders
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Solid work ethic, innovative thinking
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based on individual and company performance. Eligible employees may participate in a 401 (k) program with a company profit sharing contribution, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability coverage and paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
