Data Management Analyst will be responsible for policy admin, data processing, logging, review etc. Not limited to the routines, you will also provide supports in reporting, digital relevant tasks, other ad-hoc tasks assigned. To collaborate with SME and business unit to keep a smooth delivery and seek opportunities on process optimizing. To be the mentor of new hires and support in coaching session.
Key Accountabilities:
- Follow up the SOP to proceed related cases.
- Keep the quality of delivery at or above an acceptable level.
- Keep the Turn-around-time of delivery at or above an acceptable level.
- To follow up the specific case which highlighted by SME or business unit.
- Ensure all requests will be escalated and fulfilled timely.
- Work with team members to support ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Collaborate with business unit to ensure a high-quality delivery.
- Completed another task assigned by leader.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to understand the SOP and the relevant policies.
- Ability to use common office software.
- To provide an acceptable outcome with teamwork sense
- Basic English reading/writing skills is preferred for business needs.
- Communication ability to work with stakeholders.
- Good risk awareness
