About the Job.
The Capital Markets Administrator is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining investor data to support strategic decision-making within JPI’s Capital Markets group. This role involves onboarding investors, managing all contact information and ensuring data integrity in the CRM and Investment Management software. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in CRM, Investor Management Software and data analysis tools and knowledgeable about real estate markets and development processes.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

  • Gather investor data, contact information, etc. from internal and external sources.

  • Maintain and update all relevant Investor data through software applications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to the Capital Markets team and other users within JPI (e.g. ELT, Development).

  • Organize and clean data sets to eliminate errors and redundancies.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to assist communication with Capital Markets and ELT, investors, and project managers.

Database Systems & Tools

  • Act as the master user/owner of the CRM and Investor Management software.

  • Asist all users of CRM and Investment Management software.

  • Lead any implementation of software in the Capital Markets team.

Investor Subscription & Accreditation

  • Manage all investor subscriptions.

  • Complete all investor accreditations complying with the company's guidelines. 

  • Coordinate with IT department to ensure data security and compliance with regulations.

Non-Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset is a must – desire to continue building a growing company.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • Expert knowledge working with investor management and/or CRM software applications.

  • Familiarity with real estate data platforms.

  • Understanding of real estate development processes, market analysis, and financial metrics (e.g., NOI, cap rates, IRR).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.

  • Strong, proactive problem-solving abilities; demonstrated time management and organization skills.
