The Data Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex data initiatives within a data project or programme. This role involves planning, overseeing, governing, and reporting on the execution of data platforms, products, architecture, and management. The Data Delivery Lead ensures alignment with the RSA business and data strategy and works closely with workstream owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to guarantee the successful, incremental delivery of features and data capabilities.

• Proven experience managing the end-to-end delivery of complex data initiatives.
• Expertise in managing and communicating with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business and technical teams.
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Experience in managing risks, issues, interdependencies, and change across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Production grade implementation experience of cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks) and data projects.
• Knowledge of analytics and BI tools like Power BI for visualizing data and delivering insights
• Understanding of data management principles and implementation using tools such as Microsoft Purview, Ataccama
