SALARY: $106,400-$126,350, bonus & long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  

The Data Lead for Project Aurora is accountable for overseeing the entire data cleansing and migration scope of a global business transformation program within the North American Zone (NAZ) region. This position entails ownership of all cleansing tasks for relevant data objects, as well as responsibility for associated migration activities. Additionally, the Lead will manage a data team, delegate assignments, and facilitate daily stand-up scrums throughout the process.

 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Analyze, cleanse, and validate data from legacy ECC to ensure accuracy and completeness before migration. 

  • Oversee the design and management of all data cleansing processes for Master data objects. 

  • Lead data migration and conversion, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop comprehensive data migration strategy. 

  • Design and execute data mapping and transformation processes 

    Monitor and report on the progress of data migration activities, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. 

  • Delegate data tasks to team members and conduct daily stand-up meetings to monitor and assess progress. 

  • Work closely with Global Aurora team to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during the migration process. 

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data migration processes, including mapping documents, data quality reports, and project plans. 

  • Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data migration best practices and tools. 

 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Willingness and ability to travel bi-monthly to Brazil or Canada. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4–5 years of Information Technology experience.

  • 3–5 years of project management experience is preferred. 

  • Ability to initiate and manage cross-functional teams and multidisciplinary projects.

  • Exceptional communication, organization, deductive reasoning, and time management skills. 

  • Proficiency in MS Suite.
