Our mission is to empower building materials suppliers with great technology. There are over $1,000,000,000,000 of building materials bought in the US every year, and many of these transactions happen in on-prem point-of-sale systems. We want to bring these transactions online, enabling better experiences for contractors and homeowners alike.
What you'll achieve with us 🥇You'll be on the ground floor of a high-growth company:
Be located in Metro Manila or surrounding locations (Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, and Bulacan), overseeing data exports from legacy POS systems like QuickBooks, Decor Fusion, RockSolid, and more.
Perform manual data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Utilize tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, internal Google tools, and Microsoft Excel to streamline and support your work.
💰 Compensation: $700/month
📝 Independent Contractor: You are registered with the BIR as an Independent Contractor and you will be responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.
🍽️ Monthly dinners in Alabang/BGC area.
📚 Unlimited audiobooks via our team subscription to Libro.
🛑 Other benefits below are not included. As an independent contractor, you are not eligible for benefits.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
You are proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and point-of-sale systems.
You have exceptional attention to detail.
You have a reliable high-speed internet connection and your own laptop.
Your availability aligns with the schedule: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.
You’re prepared to work overtime during client go-live events and be on-call as needed.
This is a full-time role, requiring flexibility to work beyond regular hours, especially during go-lives.
You have hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
You are proficient in using Salesforce.
You are familiar with Google Internal Tools.
You excel in working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
You have prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
Screening Call (30 minutes): 📞 A remote call with Jackie, our first Data Lead.
Interview (30 minutes): 💻 A remote interview with Amanda, Head of Finance, Recruiting, and Operations.
Homework Assignment (2-hour prep): 📝 After the introductory call, instructions for the homework task will be sent.
Homework Test and Culture Call (1 hour): 💻 A remote test and culture chat with Tyler, your manager.
On-Site Interview (1 hour): 🏢 An in-person interview with Amanda focusing on your ability to learn quickly and culture.
Reference Check: ✅ Provide two substantial references for evaluation.
