The Opportunity
Incode is looking for curious, highly driven, and hard-working candidates who want to be part of Incode’s revolutionary identity solutions that will transform way humans use authentication and verification. We are seeking a talented and experienced Data labeler to join the Product Operations as part of the US Region. The Product Operations team is the bridge between Customer Success, Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product. We focus on improving our interface and providing performance metrics to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality labeling for specific stakeholders such as Sales,Customer Success, and Machine Learning.
- Support Product Operations in building metrics
- Break down complex projects into actionable items to perform high-quality labeling.
- Lead labeling operations for key US accounts.
- Lead labeling results and analysis meetings to Customer Success.
- Provide feedback on quality assurance for labeling tasks.
- Document labeling results.
- Use SQL scripts to fetch data from Data Base.
Your Profile
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable and experience using Excel.
- Ability to understand and execute complex labeling projects.
- SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot trends in large datasets.
- Good communication skills
