The Data Intelligence team is the backbone of Grab's Business Growth Analyst organization, driving data accuracy, actionable insights, and strategic decision-making. We work with Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, and Sales Enablement to empower sales teams across all territories. Our mission is to ensure data-driven strategies that align with Grab's business objectives and fuel sustainable growth.

Get to Know the Role

As a Data Intelligence Specialist, you will analyze data to drive strategic initiatives, optimize sales processes, and boost operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will build and deliver dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to inform key business decisions. We seek a detail-oriented analyst who excels at translating complex data into effective strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Data Management & Dashboard Creation: Gather and organize data from multiple sources to build dashboards for churn monitoring, sales performance tracking, and market analysis.
• Insights: Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights that inform Go-To-Market strategies and sales programs.
• Collaboration: Work with Business Growth Analysts, Sales Leads, and Key Account Managers to provide data-driven solutions and address on-ground challenges.
• Monitor and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, campaign outcomes, and operational metrics, delivering regular reports to stakeholders for alignment and improvement.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, CS) with 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Experience in tech or sales operations is an added value.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for building dashboards. Experience with Python or R is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to obtain actionable insights, and opportunities from complex datasets.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Business Growth) and present strategic recommendations.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure high levels of accuracy in all reports and analyses.
