With the right people and the right ideas, there’s no limit to what we can achieve
Are you a fit?
Sounds awesome, right? Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Build the Core Knowledge Base (KB): Design, build, and maintain a centralized, version-controlled knowledge base (in platforms like Atlan, GitHub, or Snowflake) that meticulously maps raw context variables (client-side/application layer) to their corresponding final fields in analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, etc.).
- Develop Intelligent Agents: Leverage the centralized knowledge base to engineer and deploy interactive applications, chatbots, or agents that can:
-Recommend engineering specifications for new features based on patterns from previous successful implementations.
-Provide immediate context and documentation to engineers and product managers on data variables
-Assist in real-time root cause analysis for data-related issues. - Establish QA Automation: Design and implement a scalable, automated QA framework and toolset to test data collection workflows end-to-end, integrating validation checks directly into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Set Governance Standards: Define and enforce data governance standards, metadata practices, and documentation requirements for the new Knowledge Base and automation assets.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical subject matter expert for the development teams, collaborating on the integration of the new tools and systems into the existing technology stack (web, mobile, OTT).
Must-have Skills:
- 7+ years Development & Programming: Strong experience in software development, with proficiency in languages like Python (for automation/agent development) and/or JavaScript/Node.js (for web integration/tooling).
- 7+ years SQL & Cloud Data Warehouse Experience: Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) for data ingestion, querying, and validation.
- 4+ years Data Modeling & Architecture: Demonstrated ability to design robust and scalable data models, schemas, and relational structures for knowledge repositories.
- QA Automation: Proven experience in building and deploying automated testing solutions, preferably in the data or digital analytics space (e.g., using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or custom validation libraries).
- Technical Documentation: Experience creating technical documentation for internal developer tools and data pipelines, emphasizing clarity and accuracy.
- Digital Analytics Concepts: Solid understanding of digital product data tracking concepts, including client-side variables, event structures, and the final data schemas of major platforms (Adobe Analytics/GA4).
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI, or knowledge retrieval architectures (RAG) for building intelligent recommendation systems.
Experience with data cataloging/governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, or Alation.
Experience in the media industry.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from a tooling and automation perspective.
