- Review and validate loan documentation and ensure commercial loan closing packages are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Use checklists to verify data fields based on loan type; identify and classify errors (critical vs. non-critical) impacting accuracy or internal consistency.
- Document and resolve discrepancies by recording errors and routing to booking team for correction; report missing or inconsistent documentation for timely resolution.
- Partner with Quality Control and Booking teams to address issues and maintain alignment with procedures and standards.
