The Role

Serves as a source of knowledge for Reimbursement Strategy operations and performance.
Complete position responsibilities within the appropriate time frame while adhering to quality standards.
Translate data into meaningful information and knowledge that supports decision-making or determining action that drives performance improvement and quality.
Track outcomes of payment resolutions, appeals, and negotiated claims to ensure goals are met.
Performs analysis, identifies trends, and presents opportunities for improvement in ASP and revenue. 
Continuously seeks new and creative technologies that help identify and guide improvement opportunities that align with overall company success.
Identify and escalate missing information across departments to manage the accuracy of records.
Auditing data for accuracy in multiple systems and verifying existing information to ensure data integrity. 
Monitors and validates adherence to Policies and Procedures, auditing as necessary.
Develops, manages, and monitors successful completion of implementation of data sources and needs with vendors.
Establishes an ongoing working relationship with other departments impacting areas' performance.
This role works with PHI regularly both on paper and electronic forms and utilizes various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) to perform the job.
Implement and validate data integrity as required for new product initiatives to streamline operations.
Identifies areas of opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiencies.
Creates management reports and custom dashboards & visualizations.
Initiates and supports projects, initiatives, solutions, and other change management.
Ensure data integrity and control over business processes by developing data management best practices.
Operationalize business intelligence solutions to highlight strengths and opportunities to meet organizational strategies, objectives, and goals.
Analyze large data sets of structured, semi-structured unstructured data to discover data insights and collaborate with business partners to deliver business value.
Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Communicate results of data analysis to managers and support team.
Design business analysis and data systems to use throughout the department.
