Rockstar is on the lookout for a Senior Data Integrity Analyst who is passionate about games and big data with strong technical aptitude, process monitoring capability, and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Rockstar’s large game development studio in Bangalore, India.
WHAT WE DO- The Rockstar Games Analytics team provides insights and actionable results to a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization in support of their decision making.
- We partner with different departments within the organization, using analytics to evaluate and improve the performance and well-being of our games.
- We collaborate as a team to develop innovative data pipelines, data products, data models, reports, analyses, and machine learning applications.
- We design, build, and maintain the critical alerting and investigation tools of Rockstar’s Analytics data platform.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand process flows and business needs.
- Build and implement standardized alerts and runbooks to streamline data quality issue identification and resolution.
- Work closely with Data Governance teams to handle and sustain the health of our dashboards, data sources, and data collection systems.
- Develop internal code libraries that allow Data Science team members to efficiently explore and validate our incoming data.
- Work proficiently in exploring, validating, and analyzing newly ingested and developed data sets for inconsistencies, potential issues and unexpected patterns.
- Provide Level 1 support for urgent issues or outages affecting our data pipelines during standard working hours.
- Conduct root cause analysis, generate Correction of Errors documents, and ensure smooth transitions to US/UK time zone teams for unresolved critical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or related.
- 3+ years relevant work experience in analytics, data operations, data science, with proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, Databricks and Snowflake is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Self-motivated, interested in games and curious about how things work.

- Experience working with PySpark, GitHub, and Airflow.
- Working in a CI/CD environment.
- Experience using tools such as Grafana and Nagios to oversee systems, metrics, and build dashboards.
