Data Integration Specialist – Professional Services, Technical Services

Trax is looking for a Data Integration Specialist to join our Data Integration team in Cebu. This role uses various tools and languages to extract, transform, and load client data into disparate target application databases in accordance with contractual obligations. Duties include performing activities such as data cleansing and data transfer. This position requires the ability to work as a team member, have regular interaction with customers, and the ability to maintain good working relationships between the team and the customer(internal/external).

Responsibilities :

· Analyzes and documents scope of work for Data Integration projects

· Coordinates with the Carrier Onboarding Team, Carriers, Customers, and management to ensure invoice mapping standards are utilized in the onboarding process

· Communicates project status to carrier and customers and works with them on verifying that data is converted correctly

· Develops and maintains communication links with trading partners and oversees integration of information

· Creates, develops , produces mapping designs or documents and deploy completed systems and providing maintenance support

· Uses all available software applications to complete data processing jobs timely and accurately

· Responsible for running validation processes to ensure Integration accuracy(Mapping, Validation and Rules Errors exceptions related to mapping activities)

· Troubleshoots translation or process flow issues and ultimately makes modifications needed to support Trax solutions

· Ability to quickly gain working knowledge of product to review converted data with customers and answer questions

· Assumes responsibility for Integration related support calls from all customers both internally and externally

· Delivers outstanding customer service conveying commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.

Requirements:

· A graduate of a 4-year course or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Auditing or any computer-related courses

· 2-3 years of data integration experience or logistics

· Strong background in root cause analysis, research and problem-solving

· Knowledge of EDI, XML, JSON and other scripting languages is a plus

· Data mapping experience is a core requirement

· Intermediate SQL or other query languages

· Experience in Informatica System is a plus

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Flexible when it comes to shift
