Job Description
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience participating in system integration projects, APIs, or web services within enterprise or mobile applications is required.
Previous experience in integrations between corporate systems, REST APIs, or SOAP services, as well as familiarity with implementation processes in enterprise environments, will be valued.
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector will be considered a plus.
Education:
Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Courses or knowledge in project management, agile methodologies such as Scrum, or system integration will be valued.
Responsibilities:
• Support the analysis of business requirements and their translation into technical specifications for system integrations.
• Participate in the implementation and testing of integrations between internal applications and external partner platforms.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to map processes and information flows between systems.
• Execute functional and integration testing to ensure the correct operation of implemented solutions.
• Assist in technical and functional documentation of integrations, including data flows, APIs, and configurations.
• Provide operational support for integrated applications and help resolve incidents related to integrations.
• Document integration processes, including data mappings, workflows, and technical specifications.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills, including databases and pivot tables, to organize and analyze information efficiently.
• Intermediate knowledge of web service integration (REST / SOAP).
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, XML, and handling data between systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar), with experience consuming REST APIs, handling JSON/XML, and developing automation scripts.
• Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Azure services, participating in configuration, deployment, or support of solutions using services such as Azure Automate and PowerApps.
• Knowledge of protocols such as HTTP / HTTPS / SSO SAML 2.0 / FTP / SFTP.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or others).
• Basic knowledge of batch processes or data automations will be valued.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with different areas and contribute to joint problem‑solving.
• Ability to manage tasks, documentation, and testing in a structured and precise manner.
• Interact with related teams to map operational, product, and system requirements.
Language: • Intermediate or higher level of English, required for interaction with global technical teams.
Spanish will be considered a plus
