As a Data Insights Lead in the Work Data Product & Solutions (WDPS) team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping environments where employees are excited to connect and work together whilst balancing the needs of the firm, it's clients and others. Your ability to craft compelling data narratives will drive strategic actions that foster a vibrant and inclusive community. By partnering with peers and other cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that our insights align with our vision of creating workplaces that are not just functional, but rewards in all aspects from how we interact together, how we learn, how we operate and how we connect making our workplaces a place people truly want to be.
You'll have the opportunity to present your insights to Senior Executives across the firm showcasing the value of data-driven strategies in enhancing our working culture. Your presentations will influence key decisions and help steer the organization towards its strategic goals.
Job responsibilities

  • Leads the analysis of work activity data to uncover trends and insights
  • Develops compelling data narratives and visualizations for senior management; prepares comprehensive reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations
  • Recommends actions to optimize workplace and workforce strategies
  • Collaborates with peers and cross-functional teams to align insights with organizational goals
  • Works with various departments to support tactical insights that drive immediate improvements
  • Collaborate with peers to create scalable franchise experiences that enhance long-term organizational capabilities
  • Ensures the use of data in creating insights complies with controls and use approvals; differentiate between what we could do versus what we should do, balancing risk versus reward
  • Partners with various departments to gather insights and integrate data-driven strategies
  • Works closely with HR and operational teams to implement effective solutions
  • Builds, mentors & develops a high-performance team focused on delivering exceptional results
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation and develop strong relationships with key partners


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in data insights or analytics, ideally within workplace or workforce contexts
  • Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
