- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategies.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present key insights clearly and concisely.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product teams, and operational teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Performance Optimization: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, efficiency, and performance.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various systems and sources.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and AI-driven analytics.
Salary: $67,500-$86,475
