You’ll join a purpose-led organisation making a real difference for New Zealand businesses and the wider economy, working with talented, collaborative people who value diverse perspectives and care about their impact.

Working across business and digital teams, you’ll translate needs into practical information, data management and technology solutions.

  • Partner with teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities and translate needs into practical solutions.

  • Advise on organising, governing, retaining, finding and using information and digital assets, while supporting and promoting regulatory compliance.

  • Identify organisational usage trends, risks and opportunities, with practical recommendations for improvement.

  • Support change by helping teams adopt improved processes, practices and ways of working.

This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, influencing change and creating practical solutions that make work easier for others.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Experience in information management, data management, data governance, knowledge management, business analysis or a related field.

  • Strong advisory and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.

  • A sound understanding of the Public Records Act, information lifecycle management, and data maturity frameworks.

  • Experience improving the quality, accessibility and discoverability of information.

  • Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and practical solution design.

  • The ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical advice that delivers business value.

  • Practical experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or comparable platforms for managing content and information.

Above all, we’re looking for a curious problem solver and trusted advisor who can help others get more value from information and data.
