Leads events, trade missions, conference activations, campaigns, content, and collateral while connecting teams with specialist expertise. Builds trusted relationships, aligns marketing activity with commercial priorities, manages projects, and supports regional media, social media, and brand responsibilities. Regular travel across North America is required.

Serves as the primary marketing and communications partner for two North American sector teams. Builds stakeholder relationships, leads events, trade missions, campaigns, conference activations, and integrated marketing initiatives, and connects sector teams with marketing specialists. Develops content and collateral, supports sector growth plans, and ensures marketing activity drives commercial results for New Zealand exporters. Regular travel to regional offices, trade shows, and special events is required.

Leads integrated marketing, communications, and customer programmes across Australia and the Pacific. Responsibilities include translating regional strategy into delivery, managing projects and budgets, coordinating agencies and stakeholders, improving processes, reporting outcomes, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. The role also coaches two team members and ensures activities meet brand, market, customer, and stakeholder expectations.
