Position Overview:
The Data Governance Coordinator for Tiffany Internal Manufacturing will be responsible for the analysis, modification, and entry of data into our Enterprise Resource Planning (JDE) to ensure and improve proper system functionality and data integrity. Primary focus will be data maintenance. This temporary role is located in our Cumberland, RI facility.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the team in the execution and monitoring of recurring maintenance reports to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
Assist in identifying, tracking, and documenting discrepancies or errors identified through maintenance reporting activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional team members to facilitate timely resolution of data and system-related issues.
Maintain clear and organized documentation of findings, actions taken, and resolutions to support auditability and continuous improvement efforts.
Contribute to process standardization by following established procedures and suggesting improvements where recurring issues are identified.
Required Qualifications:
- General understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Item Master Data
- Very good data analysis skill using Excel
- Highly organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience in manufacturing or engineering data support in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, documentation control and support, or product configuration
- Experienced in JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, or other modern ERP/MRP system
