The Data Governance Analyst is responsible for managing and sustaining enterprise master data across ERP (Infor LN) and connected systems. This role combines technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and process ownership to ensure data integrity, support scalable governance, and enable business-critical operations.
This position extends beyond transactional maintenance, requiring the use of AI, automation, and advanced data tools to enhance quality, streamline workflows, and establish a sustainable end-to-end governance model. The role partners across supply chain, commercial, finance, and engineering teams to standardize processes, strengthen data integrity, and support multi-site operations.
Core Responsibilities
Master Data Management & Technical Execution
Own end-to-end creation and maintenance of master data within Infor LN and integrated systems (E-commerce, MES, PIM, TMS, Aftermarket)
Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to validate completeness, accuracy and system readiness
Execute and enforce Master Data & System Management (MDSM) standards, policies and controls
Data Governance & Quality Management
Distribute quarterly governance reporting to stakeholders and update system accordingly
Drive continuous improvement to enable sustainable, cross-functional data ownership and synchronization of data across enterprise
Develop dashboards and data models to monitor data quality KPIs
Process Improvement & Automation Enablement
Refine and standardize workflows for master data intake, validation and maintenance
Leverage AI-enabled tools to detect quality issues, automate validation processes and accelerate analysis
Build repeatable, scalable solutions to reduce manual data entry across applications and support governance frameworks
Participate in onboarding and data harmonization of new enterprise applications
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
Serve as liaison between business functions on data governance
Participate in system implementations, testing, training, Go-Live and HyperCare activities
Communicate data standards and changes effectively across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
2+ years of related experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Analysis
Familiarity with governance frameworks and audit/compliance controls
Thorough systems expertise in ERP applications, preferably Infor LN. Procurement/Supply Chain experience is most preferred
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel required, SQL or Power BI strongly preferred)
High degree of initiative and ownership, as well as a proven history of delivering results while working with several different departments in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, working cross-functionally and with internal/external partners
