- Hands-on experience in data management and exposure to data governance practices.
- Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra, including metadata management and data catalog support activities.
- Experience working with data quality concepts, issue identification, monitoring, and remediation processes.
- Strong understanding of data structures, databases, data warehouses, and SQL.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
- Experience leading small teams and managing deliverables against defined objectives.

- Translate business requirements into effective data management and governance solutions.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, developers, and architects in a collaborative environment.
