Title : Excel Operator - Full-time
Department : Operations
Shift
Timing : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5 working days)
Language : Proficient in Hindi &
English (verbal & written both)
- Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel sheets and company software
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors whenever required
- Prepare MIS reports and daily data reports
- Organize and maintain records systematically
- Perform data cleaning, formatting, and validation
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Advanced Excel as a data entry executive is compulsory
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai or nearby locations preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must have strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sort and Filter, Flash Fill, Conditional Formatting, Etc). Not negotiable (practical test will be taken during interview)
- Fast typing speed with good accuracy
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, shortcuts, and data handling
- Basic computer and email handling skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
