Drive impact with data accuracy! As Data Entry Supervisor, you’ll lead a team ensuring precise customer information for smooth shipments, effective marketing and data-driven decisions to support our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance of clean and accurate Direct Marketing customer information to ensure our mailings get to the customer.
Train and coach the data hygiene team, managing team schedules and workflows.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to catalog mailings or address-related concerns.
Work with the Database Manager to resolve any customer information issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Accurate and organized with excellent attention to detail.
