The Opportunity
The Data Entry Specialist position is responsible for assisting our Account Development department with Repair Order submissions. This position is onsite and located in Richardson, TX in one of our headquarters locations.
Qualified Candidates Need:
- 1+ years’ data entry experience
- 10-key speed of at least 8,000 KPH with minimal errors
- Alpha typing speed of at least 50 WPM with minimal errors
- Comfortable working with Excel, Chrome/Internet Explorer browsers, and learning proprietary software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with accepting and applying constructive criticism
- Advanced mathematical skills
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Review, fact-check and process Repair Orders for submission
- Index Repair Orders and file them in the appropriate places
- Enter Op Codes from Repair Orders into established spreadsheets
- Establish positive rapport with employees and vendors
- Occasionally required to make calls to customers.
