The Role

In this role as a Data Entry Team Lead, you will be working with a boutique medical insurance brand providing data entry, quoting, and other clerical support. Candidates for this role will need to have a keen eye for detail, a team-player attitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with confidential and private information
  • Transfer data from various sources/formats into specified spreadsheets with a high
  • degree of accuracy
  • Leverage proprietary software to generate final and renewal quote sheets
  • Generate Sales Proposal documents through Salesforce and HelloSign
  • Verify all data required for quoting is received and, as necessary, communicate the
  • need for additional or missing documentation through Salesforce

  • Strong work ethic and unparalleled attention to detail
  • Ability to handle periods of high volume in a fast-paced work environment
  • Desire to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Great communication skills
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
