POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will report directly to the Manager - RPM,PCM, & CCM Programs and focus primarily on the critical uploading, validation, and processing of clinical and operational data. This position offers exceptional scheduling agility, making it a perfect fit for a proactive individual looking to balance meaningful work with external commitments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Data Uploading: Systematically transfer and upload clinical, administrative, or operational data into company repositories and platforms.
  • Accuracy Assurance: Verify data accuracy, completeness, and compliance against primary healthcare documentation.
 
  • System Maintenance: Navigate internal health data tracking systems efficiently to update records and maintain file organization.
 
  • Operational Alignment: Collaborate under the guidance of the VP of Clinical Operations to meet timeline-sensitive batch data processing targets.
 
  • Confidentiality Management: Strictly safeguard and adhere to all regulatory compliance laws, including HIPAA, to protect sensitive healthcare information
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Healthcare Experience Preferred: Prior background as a Medical Assistant (MA) or hands-on experience navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing cloud databases, digital file management applications, and basic spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when typing, parsing, and validating high volumes of complex healthcare data.
  • Time Management: Self-motivated ability to handle workload targets effectively within an independent, flexible schedule.
Job Details
  • Employment Status: PRN (As-needed)
  • Weekly Hours: Flexible 16 to 28 hours per week
  • Schedule: Highly flexible days and times, tailored to your availability
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour
