The Role:
eCapital is currently seeking an Invoice Processor to join our team in our Orillia Ontario office. At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner.
This position is responsible for data-entry and the timely processing of invoices. As an Invoice Processor, you will be responsible to process client paperwork, actively participate in a dynamic team environment, and actively mitigate risk.
Responsibilities:
Review invoices submitted by customers
Enter data into software
Identify paperwork issues and communicate with account managers
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Excellent communication
Ability to identify and solve problems
Accurate, accountable, and goal oriented
Math and basic accounting skills are an asset
Post secondary education in business or related field an asset
