The Role

This role primarily supports data entry activities within the client’s case management software, ensuring that patient and operational information is accurately recorded and maintained. The position also assists with reviewing documentation to maintain data quality, consistency, and completeness across the system. The role works closely under the guidance of the Founder & CEO to ensure reliable records and support reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry (Primary Responsibility): Accurately input and update patient and operational data within the case management system in a timely manner.
  • Data Quality Checks: Review entered information to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Audit Support: Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data and flag issues for correction or follow-up.
  • Report Support: Assist with compiling, reviewing, and validating data used for reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Follow direction from the Founder & CEO to prioritize daily tasks and areas of focus.
  • Process Support: Help maintain structured, reliable, and up-to-date records within the system.
Requirements
  • Strong data entry and Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with CRM or case management systems (experience with SwyftOps is a plus).
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured instructions and workflows.
  • Organized, reliable, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support required.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical environments, or structured data systems is a plus
