CCI Health Services is a 501c (3) non-profit organization that brings high-quality, affordable healthcare to every patient during all stages of life. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), CCI’s mission is to deliver high-quality, accessible care to our community members, leading the way to a more equitable health care system for everyone. CCI Health Services:

Has 7 health center sites in underserved communities throughout Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties serving over 34,000 patients.

Oversees several federal, state, and county contracts and/or grants that focus on clinical operations, patient outcomes, and access to care and services.

Provides health assessments for refugees, asylees, and special visa holders for the state of Maryland. The program currently sees around 1,500 patients on an annual basis.
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Entry: Accurately input all relevant patient data into the MIRIS system within 72 hours after each RHA medical visit.

Data Quality Control: Regularly review data for discrepancies, errors, or missing information and take corrective actions as needed.

Data Rectification: Identify and rectify any inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the database, ensuring that all patient information is up to date and error-free.

Data Integrity: Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient data, following all applicable privacy and security protocols.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and RHA program staff to ensure seamless data entry and to resolve any data-related issues promptly.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of data entry activities, errors, corrections, and timeframes for compliance purposes.

Training: Stay up to date with MIRIS system updates and participate in training sessions as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Sensitivity to the needs and cultural backgrounds of asylees, refugees, and special visa holders.

Prior experience in data entry or data management.

Familiarity with healthcare and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Bilingual proficiency, especially in languages commonly spoken by the refugee population in Maryland.

We do this by providing complete care, encompassing medical, behavioral, and dental care as well as specialty programs in HIV/AIDS treatment, prenatal, and refugee health care. To supplement these, we also offer access to WIC, nutrition counseling, and family planning services.
