Job DescriptionJob Summary
Processing advertising data from Malaysia social media outlets, coding all required advertisements into the Nielsen database.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and manage advertisement key information in the company system.
Verification: Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
Reporting: Generate, format, and export reports from data systems as requested.
Compliance: Maintain the integrity of the operations department by following company policies and procedures; notifying the manager of any issues that may harm the collection of accurate data
Assisting in other areas of the operations department as required
Fulfilling any other tasks as requested by the manager
Experience: 1+ years of experience in data entry role.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus and accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Language : Excellent spoken and written English language skills
Education: Diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
