We are currently looking for a Data Entry - Collocamento mirato who will join our team based in Vado Ligure.
This position requires to work part time and on shifts (daytime shifts only).
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The activity involves the collection and entry of data related to the purchase requests and the creation of these for the various departments. The data, provided by colleagues, will have to be entered into our company software that manages purchases and follows the process until the receipt of the purchased goods or service.
- Other sporadic activities covering general services under the remit of the Business Support Services department
Basic Qualifications
- Being enrolled in the Collocamento mirato registry in Italy
- Ability to work on deadlines
- Able to work in a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills in Italian and English
- Basic IT skills
- Accuracy
