We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, organize, and maintain company information and records. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing a variety of documents and data while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
- Review documents and information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Update existing records and correct inaccurate or outdated information.
- Verify data by comparing source documents with database entries.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
- Process invoices, forms, applications, reports, orders, and other documents as assigned.
- Scan, upload, rename, and organize digital documents.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct data-entry errors.
- Research missing or inconsistent information and obtain corrections when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
- Retrieve information from databases and prepare basic reports as requested.
- Respond to internal requests for information and documentation.
