The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer, financial, inventory, employee, or other business data into computer systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Review source documents and identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate information.

  • Maintain electronic and, when necessary, physical files and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
