Data Entry Associate - MAG

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Associate to support our Growth Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical data to ensure efficient operations and support the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to data management.

Objectives and Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update finance data into internal systems or databases.

Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Assist in compiling and preparing reports for internal teams and clients.

Ensure timely and efficient data entry to support project timelines and deliverables.

Perform data cleansing to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is processed and reported correctly.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.

Assist with data-related tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data management or growth solutions software/tools.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward data integrity.
