Job Description:

The role involves daily communication with internal and external customers via phone, fax, and email. You will provide inbound telephone customer support and determine the nature of the call or inquiry. Additionally, this position requires inputting and processing shipments, both domestic and international, in accordance with UPS policies and local government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Screens incoming calls;
• Accurately input data into UPS systems within specific timeframes;
• Review and forward legal documentation;
• Transport booking & carrier communication;
• Provide administrative support to Management team.

What you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
• Availability to work flexible shifts;
• Preferably, experience in logistics.
• Live within a 50 km radius from Venlo.
