Administrative & Data Entry Assistant
Contract Hourly Position | Maryland Heights, MO
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join the ControlTech Automation office in Maryland Heights, MO, as part of a professional support team. This is a heads-down role, ideal for someone who prefers structured, repetitive work with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
What You’ll Do
As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be accurate and efficient batch entry of employee timecards. Additional tasks may include:
Entering large volumes of timecard data into the system with speed and precision
Reviewing entries for errors and correcting inconsistencies
Organizing and maintaining digital and paper records
Assisting with simple reporting and routine office tasks as needed
This role is highly process-driven and requires close attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
Ability to stay focused while handling high-volume data entry
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Reliable, dependable, and punctual work habits
Prior data entry or administrative experience (preferred, not required)
High school diploma or equivalent
