Job Description:

Administrative & Data Entry Assistant
Contract Hourly Position | Maryland Heights, MO

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join the ControlTech Automation office in Maryland Heights, MO, as part of a professional support team. This is a heads-down role, ideal for someone who prefers structured, repetitive work with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

What You’ll Do
As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be accurate and efficient batch entry of employee timecards. Additional tasks may include:

  • Entering large volumes of timecard data into the system with speed and precision

  • Reviewing entries for errors and correcting inconsistencies

  • Organizing and maintaining digital and paper records

  • Assisting with simple reporting and routine office tasks as needed

This role is highly process-driven and requires close attention to detail.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks

  • Ability to stay focused while handling high-volume data entry

  • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual work habits

  • Prior data entry or administrative experience (preferred, not required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
