Data Enrichment Analyst

We are currently seeking for a Data Enrichment Analyst who will be responsible in supporting our global marketing and sales programs/initiatives through fully optimized technology and processes, ensuring we have the correct information in our existing customer and prospect database. They will be a vital part of the lead scoring specifically in making sure that all our inbound leads information is always clean and with most accurate data using various data research tool.

The role will also be handling ad hoc projects relating to contact discovery from various department such as, but not limited to Sales, Marketing and Product team. This will help to ensure we continuously grow and maintain a clean marketable database and tapping the right target market for all the brands.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage ad hoc projects such as prospect list building to support initiatives from global sales team, identifying potential prospect lists, washing them against our existing customer and prospect database.
• Track the incoming leads in the enrichment queue and ensures all leads have undergone Zoom Auto Enrichment phase before the PH team data discovery.
• Ensures that all vital lead information in Enrichment queue is populated and accurately filled out in timely manner based on agreed SLA.
• Follows the Data Enrichment Process Document in handling all leads enrichment. Participate in continuous process review for streamlining and process improvement.
• ·Manage the allocated data projects with direct communication to marketing and sales project requestor from kick off calls for project requirements until the project is officially completed. Provides insight on data and recommendations on leveraging data resources.
• ·Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• ·Participate and Initiate tasks related to data management and sales/marketing enablement projects. 

In order to be successful for this role, we believe you should have/be:

Technical Qualities:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Excel and analytical skills highly preferred. Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office, internet research and data research skills
• Outstanding written and spoken English. Can effectively communicate across internal stakeholder/partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines/SLA.
