We collaborate closely with divisional stakeholders to provide transparency into how data flows through the firm — from creation to aggregation and transformation to consumption — and how it is maintained at every stage through data quality controls. Our work enables the business to reduce duplication, respond faster to opportunities, elevate client experiences, and meet rapidly evolving regulatory expectations.

Your Impact
As a member of the team, you will be a key driver of our data quality assurance program, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping data quality strategies as part of the team’s initiatives. You will build and lead the end-to-end data testing function in Dallas, influence stakeholders across divisions and build scalable, automated approaches to testing.
You will deliver real impact by:
- Championing firmwide data governance, partnering with Divisional Data Offices to promote the adoption of policies and standards
- Leading transformative work on end-to-end data testing for key deliverables
- Innovating with AI and automation to scale data testing capabilities and unlock new efficiencies
- Defining and implementing end-to-end data testing metrics reporting
- Building consensus across global teams, aligning with stakeholders on data quality priorities
- Working with divisions to monitor progress, ensuring that program goals are delivered
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
You won’t just execute — you’ll shape the future of how the firm governs its data. You will:
- Build, and lead a team responsible for executing end-to-end testing to assess data accuracy of key deliverables
- Lead working groups to improve end-to-end data testing processes
- Establish reference materials and standards that scale consistently across the firm
- Drive the execution of the data governance framework, policies, standards, and processes
- Guide teams on implementing the governance requirements and best practices
- Provide analytics that enable data consumers and producers to drive remediation efforts
- Communicate progress, risks and priorities to senior stakeholders and within the team
- Strengthen your understanding of data and the underlying businesses that use it
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services
- Experience of leading teams
- Proficient in executing data queries and performing data analysis
- Ability to communicate with influence – from working groups to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate effective analytical, critical thinking, be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
- Build strong relationships, collaborate across functions, and drive change
