We're looking for a Contract / Intern-to-Hire Data Engineering & Dashboard Developer who enjoys building end-to-end data solutions—from ingesting and transforming data to creating visually appealing customer-facing dashboards. This internship is a six month, onsite opportunity at our Bangalore location.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and enjoys working with data pipelines, ETL processes, and BI dashboards. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence teams to build scalable reporting solutions for enterprise customers.

●      Design and develop customer-facing dashboard templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

●      Build responsive and interactive dashboard layouts that provide an excellent user experience.

●      Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.

●      Implement incremental data loading strategies to efficiently process large datasets.

●      Integrate data from APIs, databases, and cloud platforms into reporting systems.

●      Build dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or Intellicus.

●      Optimize SQL queries and data models to improve reporting performance.

●      Validate data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies across multiple data sources.

●      Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-specific reporting requirements.

●      Explore AI tools and automation techniques to improve reporting workflows and productivity.

●      Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

●      Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

●      Good understanding of responsive web design and modern UI development.

●      Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.

●      Experience building ETL pipelines and implementing incremental data loading.

●      Knowledge of data transformation, data cleaning, and data validation techniques.

●      Experience creating dashboards using BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

●      Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating multiple data sources.

●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●      Good communication and collaboration skills.

●      Experience with Python for ETL automation or data processing.

●      Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

●      Knowledge of data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or ClickHouse.

●      Experience working with Git and version control.

●      Understanding of dashboard performance optimization and data modeling.

●      Exposure to workflow automation and scheduling tools.

●      Prior internship or personal projects involving analytics dashboards or customer reporting.

●      Hands-on experience building production-grade ETL pipelines and customer-facing dashboards.

●      Exposure to enterprise-scale datasets and real-world reporting challenges.
