Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and support healthcare integration solutions using InterSystems technologies
- Build and maintain healthcare interfaces involving HL7 v2.x, HL7 v3, CCD, C-CDA, and other healthcare interoperability standards
- Analyze business and integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and support messaging workflows, data transformations, routing, and integration services
- Troubleshoot interface issues and provide timely resolution for production support incidents
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to implement integration solutions
- Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
- Contribute to modernization initiatives involving cloud and streaming technologies
- User Responsibilities:
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- BE/B.TECH/ME/M.TECH/BSC with 6+ years of experience in intersystem tech stack and healthcare data handling
- Experience
- 4+ years of overall experience in Healthcare IT and Integration
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with:
- InterSystems Cache ObjectScript
- Cache Database
- InterSystems Ensemble (or HealthShare/IRIS integration experience)
- Healthcare Domain Expertise
- Experience in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting healthcare interfaces
- Solid knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards:
- HL7 v2.x
- HL7 v3
- CCD (Continuity of Care Document)
- C-CDA (Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture)
- Technical Skills
- Expertise in:
- Cache ObjectScript
- Cache Database
- Ensemble Production Components
- Interface development and message transformation
- Expertise in:

- 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following technologies:
- Python
