Your New Role

• Must have data engineering skills, including building and optimising data pipelines and data models.
• Must be proficient in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Proficiency or knowledge in PySpark is an advantage.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What Will You Bring

• Experience in data engineering or analytics roles within financial services, preferably with exposure to credit card or personal loan products.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering data solutions that support business analytics and AI initiatives.
• Experience with AI engineering, including deploying and maintaining AI agents or models, is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with other data analysis tools/language such as SAS and data visualisation such as Power BI is also a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Databricks Data Engineer certified is preferred but not mandatory
