Job Description• Understand data sources, relational databases, and data virtualization platforms.
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data integration and reporting.
• Validate and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support performance tuning, automation, bug fixes, and ongoing database enhancements.
• Maintain and support existing data provisioning solutions.
• Document processes and adhere to development, testing, and deployment best practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) or Masters in Computer Science preferred.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, SingleStore).
- Good understanding of database concepts such as joins, indexing, and normalization.
- Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, or data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business domains.
