What you will do-
- Partner with the Project Manager to execute the end-to-end system setup checklist for product launches, ensuring data accuracy, alignment, and readiness across all commercial systems.
- Support product lifecycle projects, including product launches, changes, and obsolescence, by maintaining timely and accurate master data.
- Manage creation, updates, and changes to master and transactional data across key systems including SAP and Oracle ERPs, PLM, and Global Item Master (GIM).
- Ensure alignment and integrity of data across systems, monitoring for consistency and accuracy in support of downstream business processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality management procedures related to product master data, in line with Divisional, Corporate, and Regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in databases, systems, data collection methods, statistical approaches, procedures, and training
- Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to influence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance internal procedures and documentation of master data-related processes.
What you will need-
Required:
- Education- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience - 2years -5 years
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry and in supporting systems setup for product launches.
Preferred Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in master data management, business systems, or related data-focused roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP and Oracle).
- Working knowledge of business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and how to effectively utilize them within a business
