Red Bull North America is a forward-thinking organization committed to using data to drive strategic business decisions. We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our BI & Analytics team, supporting all functions across the business, including insights teams, business analysts, and Data Science.
The Data Engineer will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights and must combine technical expertise in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have experience with Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and Python to design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and analytical solutions.
The Data Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions. A strong service mindset, a “white-glove” approach, excellent communication skills, and proactive behavior are essential for success in this role.

Contribute to the analytics roadmap for short-, medium-, and long-term business needs.
Participate in innovating and enhancing our data lakes and data fabric, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Engage with the business to understand and address its analytics needs.
REQUIREMENTS GATHERING
Gain an understanding of the organization’s business processes and systems.
Work with business stakeholders to define the project scope and document the requirements.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Create design documents under the guidance of the analytics architect and senior data engineers.
Present design proposals and incorporate feedback constructively.
COLLABORATION
Demonstrate outstanding collaboration within teams, across functions, and across platforms.
Manage consultants; help identify and define best practices; maintain a balanced mix of skills; and increase productivity.
Inspire colleagues and support their professional growth, as well as your own.
Provide technical guidance to colleagues and consultants as needed.
Qualifications4+ years of experience in data engineering within analytics.
2+ years of hands-on experience with tools such as AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, and Alteryx.
Proven track record in designing and implementing data pipelines.
Strong understanding of data lake principles, data pipelines, and data modeling.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
High level of responsibility and accountability, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Willingness to travel as required for onboarding and collaboration with global teams.
Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - 168,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
