We are now looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer/BI Analyst with experience in Azure Databricks to join our internal team. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with technical expertise in data management, transforming data into actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes
- Analyze large datasets and deliver reports and dashboards using BI tools
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems
- Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
- Support data architecture initiatives and optimize database performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
- Experience working with Notebooks using PySpark
- Good knowledge of Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
